Do I need a referral for physiotherapy?No you do not need a referral for a private consulation. However, Worker's Compensation, Veteran's Affair and Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) require a referral from a GP.

Is the clinic accessible for people with disabilities?Yes, the clinic can be accessed via ground floor front entrance.

Do I need to have x-rays or scans done beforehand?No, our physios will assess your condition and recommend if a scan is necessary.

Can I claim my private health insurance?Yes, you can claim on the spot! However, the amount covered will vary depending upon your level of cover.

What should I expect from my first physiotherapy session?The initial session will involve a series of questions and a number of special tests to reproduce your symptoms in order to identify the cause of the problem. Then your physio will provide specific treatment to address your problem.

How long is the physiotherapy session?Treatment time will vary depending on the injury. Generally, most treatments are approximately 30 minutes.

What should I bring with me?If you do have any GP reports or scans then it would be helpful if you bring them along with you. Also, bring your health fund card to claim your rebate.

How should I dress?Loose fitting clothes or shorts are preferred to allow access to injuries.
